Senior Packaging Development Engineer (f/m)

Engineering background with strong mechanical or packaging-related experience in large-scale production environments (FMCG preferred)., Hands-on experience with packaging materials, ideally including board, films, and understanding of machine–material interactions., Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with creativity and resilience in problem-solving. - Knowledge of sustainability requirements, ideally including PCR materials, ISCC licensing/mass balance principles, and packaging recyclability., Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate clearly across functions and with suppliers., Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
