Senior Payroll Specialist

Strong knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social security regulations, Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g. SAP, Teta, Workday, other), Advanced analytical and data management skills (Excel, pivot tables, reporting tools), Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling teams, High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written), Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll or HR operations, preferably within an international environment, Proven experience in payroll processes in accordance with Polish regulations, Strong understanding of Polish labor law, tax, and social insurance systems, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, Experience in budgeting and cost analysis related to workforce planning, Previous experience in team coordination or people management is an asset
