About the project

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of PEGA applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize enterprise-class structures, application layer cake, data models, and rule resolutions in PEGA 8 or later.
• Manage case workflows, flow designs, data pages, background processing (Job Schedulers, Queue Processors), and log analysis to support business operations.
• Integrate PEGA solutions with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and robust performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in automation testing to maintain high software quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor and analyze server, database, and node classifications to optimize solution performance.
• Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders, providing and accepting critical feedback constructively.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in PEGA development, with expertise in PEGA 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PEGA architecture, application design, data modeling, and rule resolution.
• Proven experience in case management, flow design, data pages, job schedulers, and queue processors.
• Extensive hands-on integration experience with various enterprise systems.
• Solid background in CI/CD implementation and automation testing.
• Experience working on banking or financial services projects (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of server, database, and node classification.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Apache Kafka (strongly preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to coach and support junior and mid-level engineers.
• PEGA CSSA Certification (mandatory); PEGA LSA Certification is highly preferred.

Optional

• Availability to join within 1 month (maximum notice period).
• Experience working in a multinational, remote, or distributed team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical communities or forums.
