All the features are created by using new technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKEON A TEAM?We are currently looking for experienced talents who would like to join our R&D group and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way! As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation. Your role as Developer requires quality engineering experience. You will be a team player cooperating with other Developers, Product Manager, QA and Tech Leader.You will spend your time mostly on:– coding new features (~65%)– maintenance and bug fixing (~20%)– internal meetings and analyses (~15%)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESBuild company’s products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliabilityTake an active part in development cycle (coding, code-reviewing, writing units tests)Take care of broadly understood good practices and the quality of codeTake an active part in creating a technological development roadmapDesign software and control technical debtParticipate actively in SCRUM meetings (planning, review, retro, daily)Assist in development of other team membersKeep improving the entire software development life-cycleOUR EXPECTATIONSHave 4+ years of experience building modern PHP applications in a commercial environmentExperience with architecture and software design patternsHave good interpersonal skills and communicative englishHave strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of software development life cycle and deliveryUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (mainly Scrum and Kanban)Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Git, REST API, Redis, Laravel (or any other modern framework)Technologies you will be using (At least be familiar with a few of them) AngularJS, Codeception, Docker, Git, JavaScript, JIRA, Laravel, MySQL, Nginx, PHP, PHPUnit, RabbitMQ, Symfony, Redis, REST, WebSocketHOW DO WE WORK?We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread.  We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners).
