QualificationsSuccessfully completed university studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field3+ years of hands-on professional experience designing, operating, and scaling cloud platforms and/or platform services in production environments.Strong practical experience across cloud platforms and Kubernetes, including AWS and/or Azure (networking, IAM, security, compute, managed services) and production-grade Kubernetes administration.Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and operations, including Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, scripting, monitoring, observability, incident handling, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance optimization.Solid understanding of security, governance, and cost optimization, including identity and secrets management, network security, compliance awareness, and FinOps exposure as a plus.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models, structured delivery processes (Jira, Confluence), and the ability to mentor engineers and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Very good communication skills in English and Polish; German is a plus, along with openness to a hybrid working model (presence in the Katowice office once per week).About Riverland ReplyRiverland Reply is specialized in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies.
