Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments;, professional English proficiency at B2+ level;, strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and supporting systems (focus on Accounts Receivable);, proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;, proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;, hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);, ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change.
