Senior Product Designer

If you are driven by an ambition to make a positive impact on the world around you, we would love to meet you.Your ImpactWe’re looking for a business-oriented Senior Product Designer generalist to design and improve our triage product across text and voice, as well as core product experiences.You will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate product direction into clear, usable, and well-validated experiences. You are expected to actively challenge assumptions, surface experience risks early, and contribute structured thinking to product decision-making.Success in this role means:Customers achieve measurable outcomes and successfully implement our product within their organizationsEnd users understand AI outputs, trust the system, and complete their tasks without unnecessary frictionDesign decisions are grounded in strong product judgment and based on evidence, business context, and technical realitiesThis is a high-autonomy role. We are looking for someone who can turn ambiguity, technical limitations, regulatory requirements, and business trade-offs into practical, working solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead UX execution end-to-end - from early problem exploration to production-ready UI. Deliver clear flows, interaction patterns, and specifications that engineering can implement efficientlyDesign trustworthy AI experiences - create transparency mechanisms, feedback systems, fallback states, and guardrails that help users understand what the AI is doing, when it may be wrong, and what actions they can takeContribute to product discovery - actively question assumptions, identify UX risks, and propose alternatives grounded in user needs, data, and business prioritiesRun pragmatic validation - plan and conduct lightweight usability tests and regulatory validation studies; synthesize findings and translate them into concrete improvements and clear documentation required by regulatory standardsMaintain cross-product coherence - establish and evolve shared interaction patterns and reusable components to ensure consistency across the product portfolioRole requirements4+ years of experience designing digital products (preferably B2B or B2B2C)Proven experience in product design from early exploration through production-ready deliveryStrong skills in designing complex flows, edge cases, and error statesAbility to operate independently without day-to-day design supervisionExperience designing conversational interfaces (chat, voice, multimodal systems)Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityConfidence in constructively challenging assumptions using data, research, or structured reasoningExperience connecting design decisions to product metrics and business outcomesComfortable using English and Polish for both written and spoken communicationNice to haveExperience designing GenAI-powered products, with an understanding of model behavior, limitations, and iterative experimentationExperience working in healthcare or other regulated environmentsFamiliarity with accessibility standardsExperience in planning and executing usability studies in regulated contextsPerks & benefitsRemote work and flexible working hoursChoice of the most comfortable type of contractMental health support program Buddy program to support our new joinersAnnual holiday allowance of 20 or 26 daysAdditional paid vacation days depending on tenureEmployee Stock Ownership Plan - own part of the companyFull IT equipment to set up your home office
