Your responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: setting vertical-specific customer experience vision and strategy.
  • Customer Insights: PM must understand user requirements and translate them into product requirements. This also involves direct interaction with internal clients.
  • Roadmap Planning: prioritising product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Integration with cross-functional Teams: PM must work closely with engineering, technical leaders, technical executives, and support teams to ensure a successful product launch and post-launch activities.
  • Measurements and KPIs: defining success metrics/KPIs and tracking performance against them.
  • Stakeholder Management: engaging with diverse internal stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • Have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
  • Understand software development lifecycle.
  • Have a lot of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Have exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
  • Know English at min. B2 level.
