Senior Product Owner/Business Analyst

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Owner responsible for maximizing product value delivered by a cross-functional development team. Acting as the main link between business stakeholders and the delivery team, you will translate business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog, ensuring solutions align with customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards within an Agile environment.Requirements:Experience & KnowledgeMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-related roleProven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projectsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full product development lifecycleExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsAbility to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needsExperience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels (business, technical, executive)SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to clearly define and communicate product requirements and decisionsExperience creating high-quality:user storiesacceptance criteriaproduct documentationStrong prioritization and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take full ownership of product outcomesTools & PracticesHands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ConfluenceExperience using product roadmapping toolsFamiliarity with UX principlesUnderstanding of API-based systems and integrationsExperience working with cloud-based solutionsData-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, metrics, and analytics to guide product decisionsNice to HaveExperience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)Domain experience in industries such as automotive, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerceExperience working with external clients or within consulting environmentsTechnical background or strong technical understandingMain responsibilities:Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmapGather, analyze, and validate business and stakeholder requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteriaOwn, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlogEnsure backlog items are clear and ready for developmentAct as the decision-maker for scope, priorities, and trade-offsCollaborate with development teams, UX/UI, QA, Scrum Master/PM, and stakeholdersParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demosAccept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteriaEnsure delivered features meet business goals, user needs, and quality expectationsManage dependencies and mitigate delivery risksSupport release planning and go-to-market activities when applicableDrive product improvements using data, feedback, and KPIs
