Your responsibilities

• Lead complex IT and digital transformation projects, from initiation through delivery and benefits realization
• Structure and drive advisory-style problem solving across business and technology domains
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, IT system requirements and governance structures
• Facilitate decision-making workshops
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Bridge communication between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding
• Establish and run project governance (steering committees, PMO, reporting, decision frameworks)
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and change across multiple IT and business workstreams
• Prepare estimations and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment
• Implement and manage changes to the project scope and timeline
• Report to the Head of PMO on a daily basis
• Take an important role in process improvements, if necessary

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management/technology consulting or business advisory (PM or similar role).
• Track record in IT/Digital Transformations, including operating model design and business process improvement.
• Full project lifecycle management (from analysis to deployment) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
• Bilingual proficiency (Polish & English) in professional business and technical contexts.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical IT delivery.
• Hypothesis-driven analytical thinking and risk-based decision-making.
• Experience in collaborating with and influencing senior management/C-suite.
• Strong capabilities in planning, risk/issue mitigation, and parallel task management.
• High ownership and accountability with a strict orientation toward value creation and outcomes.
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and resolve complex issues before they escalate.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in dynamic environments.
