Senior Project Manager – Financial and Insurance Sector

Orchestrate complex projects within the financial and insurance sectors, overseeing timelines, scope, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Manage stakeholder relationships, providing expert advice on process optimization and cost analysis
Support vendor and partner collaborations to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to achieve successful delivery
Utilize best practices in project planning tools and methodologies to maintain project integrity and transparency
Facilitate communication across teams and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations
Communicative Polish and English

Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the financial or insurance sectors
Proven ability to oversee medium to large-scale projects over 2+ years
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with IT and business units
Excellent communication and advisory capabilities in process optimization and cost analysis
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2 preferred)
Demonstrated success in leading projects in fast-paced, multitasking environments
