Strong experience with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Proven track record of delivering complex, international projects, Experience contributing to or coordinating IT integration activities, ideally in M&A contexts, Solid project management skills in planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics, Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams, Strong business‑ and value‑oriented mindset, Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
