Your responsibilities

• ResearchOps Consultation: Serve as the technical lead for operational needs. Consult researchers and stakeholders on how to optimize democratized studies, utilizing a strong methodological sense to guide research scope based on project constraints, goals, or biases.
• Champion AI Advancements: Explore the use of AI to streamline processes, such as research planning, data synthesis, and knowledge repositories. Collaborate with UX and Product Leadership to educate and integrate AI solutions into broader processes.
• Scale Research Programs and Infrastructure: Translate ambiguous inputs and conflicting cross-functional needs into scalable systems, new recruitment pathways, and improved ways of working to increase speed and ease.
• Execute Participant Recruitment: Lead the day-to-day execution of global participant recruitment across multiple regions, ensuring legal, cultural, and logistical requirements are met alongside efficient incentive distribution.
• Proactively Drive Operational Excellence: Lead discovery workshops to identify operational gaps, forecast resource needs, and define the strategic roadmap for the function.
• Enable Research Quality and Consistency: Develop templates, guidelines, and toolkits that promote shared definitions and rigor. Refine and codify processes for project intake, prioritization, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage Research Tools and Platforms: Oversee licensing, onboarding, spend, and access for research tools and vendors (e.g., survey, recruitment, and repository systems).
• Expand Research Influence and Adoption: Onboard new teams into research systems by understanding unique use cases, pairing them with the right tools, and communicating the value of research activities.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in research, research operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on execution and process optimization.
• Historical Impact: A successful track record of crafting impactful programs and delivering business-critical systems and work at scale.
• Research Expertise: A deep understanding of researchers and research workflows sufficient to develop an informed technical point of view.
• Command of Research Tooling: Familiarity with varied research tools (e.g., Sprig, Rally, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, QuestionPro), including their technical merits and creative leverage.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive them to completion on time and with high quality.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to partner effectively across disciplines and seniority, managing US and CET time zones, and resolving ambiguous inputs into a shared definition.
• Strategic Innovation: Experience and passion for experimenting with modern tooling (AI orchestration, API usage, workflow automation) to streamline workflows.
• Bonus Qualifications
• Speaks English, German, and/or Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, Italian, French, or Dutch.
• Experience in other UX disciplines and UX tools (e.g. Figma)
