In this role, you leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices to build scalable solutions that enhance user experience and drive operational efficiency. You work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to gather requirements, develop custom applications, and integrate Salesforce with other systems. Compensation: 5 500 - 6 250 USD per month (B2B) 🚀 We also offer:Paid time offFlexible work hoursEquity shares in a rapidly growing company backed by top-tier VCsA culture built on innovation that values big ideasWe work in Central European TimeNewest MacBook + Setup Fee ($500) 🚀 What you do each day:Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning componentsThink outside the box when it comes to problem solving, ready to dig and research to find the best solution possibleCollaborate with product management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specificationsImplement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and applicationsOptimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deploymentEnsure the security and integrity of the Salesforce platform by implementing best practices and adhering to compliance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environmentParticipate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectivesContribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users 🚀 What do you need to get this job?5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including extensive development experienceProficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIsStrong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, Flows, and Apex triggersExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware toolsFamiliarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant scripts, Metadata API, and experience with CI/CD pipelines 🚀 What will help you succeed in this role:Proven experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, from design to deploymentStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex -technical issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Sounds interesting?We're waiting for your resume!This role is open to candidates in Poland.
