Senior SAP Consultant (ABAP)

Design, estimate, and deliver highquality solutions using SAP ABAP and related technologies for international clients.
Act as a technical expert, representing the development team in discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee development activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and architectural standards.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best-practice adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to internal initiatives such as mentoring, knowledge sharing within the SAP community, and supporting the growth of less experienced team members.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP OO development, with a strong understanding of modern SAP development standards.
Solid knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: CDS Views, RAP, In-App Extensibility, data migration and archiving, AdobeForms, or EDI.
Basic experience in at least two SAP modules (MDG, BP, F2M, P2P, O2C, D2S, H2R) or familiarity with middleware platforms such as SAP PI/CPI.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to support continuous team improvement.
Proficiency in English and/or German, enabling effective communication in international project environments.
Experience working in S/4HANA environments (core data services, new programming models) is considered a valuable advantage (nice to have).
Familiarity with SAP BTP development (CAP, BAS, Cloud Foundry) or modern UI technologies (SAPUI5 / Fiori) is considered a valuable advantage (nice to have).
