Senior Scrum Master

Requirements:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); a relevant certification (e.g., SAFe SM) is highly desirable.Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps.Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (C1)Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team setup.Project description: Join our dynamic team working on large-scale, international software development projects. We operate within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex, multi-team environment. We utilize Azure DevOps as our primary tool for backlog management and collaboration.Main responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective) and support SAFe-level ceremonies.Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to increase productivity and quality.Remove impediments and shield the team from outside interruptions.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
