We are looking for a Senior ITOM Consultant to join Sii and support a project focused on advanced IT Operations Management. The role involves close collaboration with a product team responsible for event and service monitoring capabilities, as well as technical advisory and hands‑on configuration work in a complex enterprise environment.Your tasksAnalyse requirements and translate operational needs into ITOM event‑management configurationsImplement and optimise monitoring rules, event workflows and integration logicTroubleshoot event‑related issues and support continuous improvementsWork closely with technical and product teams to align platform behaviour with business expectationsSupport incident, problem and operations teams with expert knowledgePrepare documentation and provide guidance on best practicesRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management and event management processesHands‑on experience configuring event‑management components in large environmentsAbility to analyse data flows, dependencies and operational impactExperience collaborating with technical and product teams in enterprise settingsAbility to troubleshoot and improve existing monitoring and event logicFluency in EnglishResiding in Poland required
