Their focus is on reliable data integration and pipelines for enterprise customers.Role overviewOur client is looking for an engineer to design and scale the data platform supporting their products. You will build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, develop data pipelines, and ensure system reliability. The role offers end-to-end ownership of integrations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and platform performance.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement integrations with external enterprise systemsBuild and maintain scalable data pipelinesOwn integrations end-to-end, including monitoring and issue resolutionImprove system observability and reliabilityCollaborate with product and business teams on prioritiesRequirements5+ years of experience building production-grade softwareStrong backend and API development skillsExperience with data pipelines or ETL/ELT processesFamiliarity with distributed systems and third-party APIsKnowledge of reliability, observability, and scalabilityAbility to work independently in ambiguous environmentsNice to haveExperience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll integrationsTools: Airflow, dbt, FivetranTech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL, RedisOfferB2B contractHybrid work (up to 3 days/week in the office)High-impact role with ownership over architecture decisionsCollaborative team environmentAdditional benefits depending on region: private healthcare, learning budget, performance bonuses
