Senior Software Engineer (Lead Full Stack Engineer)Location: Kraków (hybrid model – 2 days per week from the office)Industry: FinTech / Risk & Compliance TechnologyContract type: B2BRate: 180–210 PLN/hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a global Risk & Compliance technology team within a large international financial organization (client name confidential).You will play a key role in designing and building a brand-new internal web platform - Design Management Tool (DMT) - created to support end-to-end Business Architecture Design Management.The platform will automate, standardize, and optimize architecture design processes, enabling design capture, compliance checks, optimization workflows, and advanced analytics.
