Senior Statutory Accounting Specialist

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field., 3–5+ years of experience in statutory accounting, external reporting., Strong understanding of local GAAP; combined with experience with IFRS, Proven experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing audits., Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, statutory reporting, and audit requirements., Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP)., Ability to interpret accounting standards and prepare technical accounting analyses., Solid understanding of internal controls and documentation standards., Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities., High attention to detail and quality mindset., Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines., Clear communication skills, both written and verbal., Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively., Professional certification would be an advantage (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, local accounting qualification).
