Senior System Analyst

Analyze and validate complex business requirements to align with the development of cutting-edge treasury products.
Prepare comprehensive solution proposals, considering the intricacies of diverse IT environments.
Develop detailed system specifications and collaborate closely with architects and developers to design resilient solutions.
Coordinate technical dependencies with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration processes.
Support testing phases and document system modifications to uphold quality and compliance standards.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of enterprise systems and IT product development methodologies.
Communicate technical concepts effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in system analysis or a related field within IT or financial services.
Advanced knowledge of REST technology, PostgreSQL databases, RabbitMQ, UML, and BPMN tools.
Strong understanding of relational databases, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Proven ability to operate efficiently in an Agile environment and collaborate within teams.
Knowledge of OpenApi, AsyncApi, Kafka, and financial market products.
Experience with Postman, Swagger, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills in Polish.
