Anforderungen

Qualified lawyer (Poland or another EU jurisdiction) with 7-10 years’ experience in transactional or financial law roles., Proven track record in financing transactions (corporate loans, bonds, structured finance, or capital markets)., Experience from a top-tier law firm, corporate in-house legal team, or investment/corporate banking environment., Strong understanding of financial instruments, transaction structuring, and related legal frameworks., Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder communication skills., Fluency in English (professional legal proficiency); proficiency in Polish will be an asset., Interest in large-scale industrial projects and complex financing models., Previous experience in M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage.
