Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong experience in complex web applications and mobile-responsive design to join an international product design team.You will focus on shaping the desktop and responsive web experience of a large-scale platform operating in a complex domain. The role requires confidence in designing advanced workflows while ensuring consistency across web and native mobile experiences.What You’ll DoDesign structured, intuitive desktop web workflowsCreate high-quality responsive behaviours aligned with native mobile experiencesDefine user flows, IA, and interaction patterns for complex, multi-step tasksCollaborate with researchers, designers, and multiple engineering teamsDeliver polished UI with strong hierarchy and usabilityClearly communicate and justify design decisions.RequirementsProven experience designing complex web applications with strong mobile-responsive executionStrong skills in information architecture and interaction designPortfolio demonstrating high-quality UI craft and clear UX thinkingExperience working in multi-team, parallel delivery environmentsAbility to apply research insights and iterate effectivelyStrong communication and adaptability.Nice to HaveExposure to AI-assisted design workflowsExperience in healthcare, insurance, or other complex domainsFamiliarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
