Service Engineer/Team Leader

Vanderlande is a global leader in automated parcel and postal handling, airport baggage handling systems, and integrated logistics solutions for warehouses and distribution centres. Currently we are looking for a B2B partner for a service engineer/team leader in Opoczno. Service Engineer/Team LeaderResponsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems, including both electrical and mechanical components. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults on equipment such as cranes, shuttles, sorters and conveyors. Collaborate with local on-site teams to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability for customers. Work closely with the Service Desk/Hotline team to resolve incidents on Customer sites Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and site processes. Adhere to and promote an uncompromising safety culture in all maintenance activities. Assisting with project implementations and upgrades Leading small technical team/shift to deliver best service in daily operation Requirements: An electro-mechanical aptitude, preferably combined with optional knowledge in industrial controls (PLC Siemens). Good reading, writing, and speaking skills in English language and Polish language. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Active driving licence category B. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time within Poland and across the CEE region in the 1st year (training process). The final full-time job as target is Opoczno (2027) Familiar with Microsoft Windows & Office. Vocational education in electromechanics, mechanics or electrics is a plus.
