Service Now Business Analyst

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to provide application maintenance and support. This role involves operational support, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and engaging in projects with a focus on optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and the development team, possessing a strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices. The assignment is long-term, suitable for a senior-level professional with over 5 years of relevant experience.Main Responsibilities:- Identify, analyze, and document requirements in ServiceNow.- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for improvement.- Recommend best practices for incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.- Ensure alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies.- Liaise between business users and the ServiceNow development team.Key Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.- Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.- Agile mindset; SAFe knowledge is a plus.Nice to Have:- Experience with ITIL certification.- Familiarity with Change Management processes.- Knowledge of Service Mapping.
