master’s, engineer’s, or bachelor’s degree;, 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, process consultancy and implementation;, ServiceNow System Administration certificate is welcome;, professional knowledge of relational databases;, basic knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools;, understanding of core ITSM and at least 2 additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g. Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration);, understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON;, good written and verbal communication skills (C1 English).
