ServiceNow Administrator

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management and at least two additional ServiceNow modules, Familiarity with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, Confident communication in English (C1), Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams, Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows, ITIL knowledge or certifications, Experience working in global or distributed teams
