You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations., You have a strong understanding of HR processes and HR digital transformation initiatives., You can translate business requirements into technical design and configuration., You have practical experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow configuration., You are familiar with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication frameworks such as SSO and SAML., You know additional ServiceNow suites (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, CSM) — a strong plus., You communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate a consultancy mindset., You speak English fluently (C1).
