ServiceNow HRSD Team Manager

Build and manage a ServiceNow HRSD delivery team in Poland, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
Set standards and ensure quality delivery across HRSD projects, reviewing solutions and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
Drive go-to-market activities, collaborating with sales and leadership to grow the HRSD pipeline and support pre-sales initiatives.
Design and evolve ServiceNow HRSD offerings with a focus on AI-powered solutions and reusable assets.
Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting client conversations and ensuring team readiness for upcoming projects.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure scalable and differentiated solutions.

3+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow, with strong focus on HRSD.
5+ years of people management experience, including team building and leadership.
At least one active ServiceNow certification (e.g. CSA, CIS HRSD, or equivalent) – required to validate delivery quality and team output.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and HR processes (employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management).
Proven experience in pre sales, pipeline management, or go to market activities.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
