Your responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining Siebel CRM environments.
• Incident analysis, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments.
• Supporting business users and project teams.
• Working with SQL, logs and monitoring tools.
• Collaboration on integrations (SOA/ESB).
• Creating operational and technical documentation.

Our requirements

• Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support).
• Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Optional

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix;
• Experience with CI/CD;
• Knowledge of SOA/OSB.
