Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or food preferred), Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams, Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, BRC/IFS, and food safety regulations, Higher education in quality, food technology, or a related technical field, Experience leading audits and managing customer interactions, Strong problem-solving capability and experience with root cause methodologies, Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels., Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic production environment with multiple parallel priorities and deadlines., Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset, Fluent Polish and English (both written and spoken)
