DevAbundance is partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a Snowflake Developer to join their team. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a start date as soon as the candidate successfully completes the interview process.Monthly B2B salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PLN net.About the Role: As a Snowflake Developer, you will join our client’s data platform team to shape and scale a modern Snowflake-based analytics environment. You will work in a collaborative, non-corporate atmosphere where experienced engineers share knowledge and support your professional development. Your focus will be on building robust ETL pipelines, designing efficient Snowflake data models, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the entire data ecosystem. You will play a key role in integrating diverse data sources, optimizing transformations, and strengthening governance across the platform.Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize ETL pipelines using tools such as dbt and AirflowDesign, develop, and maintain Snowflake data schemas and data modelsDevelop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures, and optimize transformation logicImplement and manage Snowflake features including Streams, Tasks, Stages, and SnowpipeDeploy Snowflake on GCP and build integrations for various internal and external data sourcesMonitor and tune Snowflake performance, usage, and storage to ensure cost-effective operationEnsure strong data governance, enforce security policies, and maintain role-based access controlsTroubleshoot data quality issues, validate data accuracy, and ensure end-to-end pipeline reliabilityCandidate Profile:Strong hands-on experience with ETL development, data modeling, and large-scale data processingSolid knowledge of Snowflake, including schema design, performance tuning, and operational featuresProficiency with dbt and Airflow, or similar workflow orchestration and transformation toolsAdvanced SQL skills, with the ability to build efficient queries, views, and stored proceduresExperience deploying and integrating Snowflake within GCP environmentsFamiliarity with data governance, access control frameworks, and security best practicesAbility to diagnose data quality issues, debug pipeline failures, and ensure consistent data accuracyKnowledge of Python and experience integrating diverse data sources is highly beneficialStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teamsInterview Process:Phone screeningTechnical interviewCulture fit interview If you are a passionate Snowflake Developer eager to contribute to a healthcare company and grow within a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
