About the project

Your responsibilities

• Massive Scale: Build and optimize critical path systems serving 20 million active buyers and processing ~300 million PLN in transactions quarterly.
• Modern Tech Stack: Work with Kotlin, Spring, Groovy, MongoDB, GCP, and Hermes, plus React on the frontend. We value a strong testing mindset - experience with E2E automation in Playwright is a plus.
• True Ownership: Influence the roadmap and tech choices in a "you build it, you run it" culture. You own your services from design to deployment.
• Complex Challenges: Tackle everything from the core checkout logic to predictive "Buy Again" and headless commerce integrations (e.g., ChatGPT).

Our requirements

• Are proficient in Kotlin and driven to enhance their productivity through experimentation with AI-powered development tools;
• Want to be proud of the code they create; they value high-quality code reviews and engage in substantive discussions on software engineering best practices;
• Are open to developing soft skills and exploring a full-stack mindset by learning new backend, frontend, and mobile technologies;
• Can look for effective solutions to the requirements set by users;
• Want to constantly develop and update their knowledge;
• Know English at at least B2 level.
