We’re looking for a Software Engineer II👨‍💻👩‍💻What you will do:Work closely with other engineers, product designers to design, build and maintain customer-facing products and interfaces, across both frontend and backend systems.Develop shared, reusable UI components library.Design, solve, debug problems related to performance, scalability, and security across the full stack.Develop E2E tests raising the bar for the quality of customer experience.Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.What we are looking for:3+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer.Strong Computer Science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design.Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, C#, C/C++, Python)Experience with one or more modern JavaScript front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular.Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems (including designing and implementing APIs)Disciplined approach to testing and quality assuranceExperience with professional software engineering practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents)Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude Code)A strong self-starter, operationally-focused; a problem-solver.Nice to have:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience working in a SaaS companyKnowledge of monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Datadog, Amplitude)What we offer:Comfortable office in the City Center with non-corporate, engaging, collaborative atmosphereFlexibility in choosing the type of contract (contract of employment or B2B) Paid holiday (26 days for B2B)Additional 10 days of paid 'parental' for a B2B contractDevelopment fund of 3k PLN per year per headPrivate healthcare (full Luxmed package including dental care)MultiKafeteria programme (Multisport, cinema tickets, vouchers)Free English classes, Udemy access, Life insuranceRecruitment process:First step: 20 minutes HR interviewSecond step: call with Hiring ManagerThird step: Technical Interviews with our DevelopersFinal interviewFeedbackJoin us in making a difference as we build our future and help ensure access to professional legal advice to all!
