Solution Architect (m/w/d)
Wien, Wels, Linz (OÖ) oder Graz, Wien, Wels, Graz, Linz (AT), München oder Würzburg (DE), Berlin (DE)

Aufgaben:

• You translate business requirements into clear, well-structured solution architectures and ensure they align with our enterprise guidelines and principles.
• You will support the Product Family Lead and relevant stakeholders by aligning the product family’s goals and vision with the architecture roadmap, to drive scalable, sustainable, and resilient solutions.
• You actively participate in ensuring project work and application of the architectural and design patterns, navigating a heterogeneous system environment and maintaining clarity on integrations, interfaces, and technology decisions.
• You analyze our integration and application landscape: ensuring new solutions fit seamlessly into systems such as Workday, payroll platforms, treasury tools and related enterprise systems.
• You actively participate in project work, navigating a heterogeneous system environment and maintaining clarity on integrations, interfaces, and technology decisions.
• You share insights, lessons learned, and successes with your peers to strengthen a transparent and collaborative architecture culture.

Qualifikationen:

• Around 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Domain Architecture, or a related architectural role.
• A solid technical background, ideally supported by hands-on software development experience, enabling a strong bottom-up understanding.
• Experience with integration architecture, application landscapes and the application of architecture patterns in complex environments.
• Experience working with heterogeneous system landscapes such as Workday, payroll systems, DMS tools or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: you communicate clearly, argue convincingly, and remain calm and structured in challenging project situations.
• Familiarity with project-driven environments; experience in a scaled agile setup is an advantage.
• Business-level English is required; German at a conversational level is considered a plus (Project language is German).
