SOX Specialist

Zakres obowiązków What You Will Do - Strengthen Compliance & Controls Support day‑to‑day SOX testing for ICFR and selected IT General Controls. Assist with both Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE). Collect, analyze, and accurately document audit evidence. Prepare high‑quality workpapers in line with internal standards. Drive Documentation Excellence Maintain process narratives, flowcharts, and Risk & Control Matrices. Track remediation actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to enhancing templates and improving SOX documentation workflows. Support testing and reporting activities in AuditBoard. Partner With Global Stakeholders Participate in process walkthroughs with Finance and IT teams. Coordinate evidence requests and ensure timely submissions. Assist external auditors during interim and year‑end testing cycles. Wymagania Required 2+ years of experience in Audit, Risk Assurance, Internal Controls, or SOX/ICFR (Big 4 experience is a strong plus). Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems. Full professional fluency in English. Solid understanding of SOX requirements and the COSO framework. High attention to detail and comfort working with documentation, deadlines, and structured processes. Preferred Certifications completed or in progress: CPA/ACCA/CIMA, CIA, CISA. Familiarity with ITGCs (Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations). Experience with AuditBoard or Workday. Exposure to US GAAP or public‑company environments.
