Job Description

• Manage TRATON's overall relationship with external credit rating agencies, ensuring strong and transparent communication
• Lead ongoing commercial and analytical rating dialogue, including annual rating management meetings, regular Q&A sessions, performance updates, liquidity reporting, and handling ad-hoc requests
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive capital structure and rating analyses to support strategic decisions
• Support TRATON's financing activities in the international debt capital markets, covering bank loans, Schuldschein transactions, and bond issuances
• Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations for TRATON's top management

Your Skills

• Degree in finance, treasury, or a related field (e.g., business administration, economics)
• Several years of professional experience in a rating agency or in corporate finance/funding within an investment bank, advisory firm, or large corporate
• Strong expertise in rating methodologies, capital structure analysis, and key financing instruments in bank and debt capital markets
• Analytical, self-driven team player with a flexible mindset and experience in project work within dynamic environments
• Fluent in German and English
