Specialist, Technical Tire & Service Auditor

Bachelor’s degree in business or IT, with 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain professional, Business Process Expert, or in Manufacturing/Quality roles, Experience in cross-functional roles, with background or strong interest in the commercial truck tyre and automotive industry, Experience with systems such as FOS, eJob, and SAP, with reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau) considered an asset, Tire knowledge, with reporting tool skills considered an asset, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on critical cases with technicians, Ability to develop and implement new processes cross-functionally and collaborate across multiple functions and multicultural regions, Fluent in English; any other European language is an asset
