Your responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with UX goals.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advocate for user needs in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Monitor product performance and engagement metrics to inform iterative improvements.
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Ensure regional and C‑tier market solutions align with Herbalife One platform standards for consistency and scalability.
Our requirements
- Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and user‑centered design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design or UX research roles.
- Proven track record of delivering user‑centered design solutions across web and mobile.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field; UX certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
