Your mission

• Actively guiding a new development from idea to granted protection
• Preparing and filing patent applications domestically and internationally
• Conducting patent grant procedures before the European and Italian Patent Office
• Supporting involvement in opposition, nullity, and patent infringement proceedings in collaboration with our lawyers

Your profile

• Italian at native speaker level
• A successfully completed degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines
• Interest in patent law issues
• Excellent abstracting ability and very good written and spoken language skills
• Very good English language skills, in speech and writing
• Preferably Italian patent attorney qualification (Consulente in Brevetti)
