Staff Software Engineer - Compute Infrastructure

Job OverviewAs a Staff Engineer on the Shared Compute Infrastructure team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud solutions that support Relativity’s strategic goals. You will serve as a technical expert and mentor, driving innovation and ensuring architectural integrity across cloud platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise and strategic thinking to provide platform capabilities and influence cross-functional teams.Job Description and RequirementsJob Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud infrastructure and services.  Define and enforce cloud-native architecture standards and best practices.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud-native solutions with business objectives.  Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, fostering professional growth.  Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.  Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems.  Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for critical business initiatives.  Minimum Qualifications Experience in the design of infrastructure platforms, tooling, and integration with Kubernetes.  Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.  Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security.  Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.  Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.  Background in working with global and cross-cultural teams. Relativity is a diverse workplace with different skills and life experiences - and we love and celebrate those differences.
