Zakres obowiązków Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for metal parts and components, ensuring alignment with project timelines and company objectives Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms to optimize cost efficiency and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and ensure procurement meets technical and quality standards Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends and innovations Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate lifecycle management activities, including procurement, maintenance, and end-of-life planning for metal parts and components Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the procurement process Prepare and present procurement reports and analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making Wymagania Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Proven experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within the manufacturing or metal parts industry Strong negotiation and contract management skills Technical knowledge of metal parts and components, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform procurement strategies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are desirable Oferujemy Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards Comprehensive benefits including healthcare, lunch card, and sport card Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a dynamic organization Supportive and inclusive work environment fostering innovation and collaboration Hybrid job model
