THE WORK: 

  • Engage in creating or enhancing digital transformations and experience strategies while fostering a culture of learning. Mentor a team of analysts.
  • Work directly with clients, demonstrating a commitment to improvement. Conduct workshops using design techniques to create a coherent value proposition.
  • Deliver client engagements accordingly to agile principles. Stay highly motivated, ensuring continuous improvement in project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers at the intersection of experience strategy, business and product design. Strive for excellence in shaping innovative solutions

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (preferably in economics, marketing, business administration, management or related fields).
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to digital transformation and/or customer growth strategy.
  • Proven expertise in Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience operating models across multiple industries, with preference for Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods or Professional Services.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, leading complex initiatives as a Project Manager, PMO or Product Owner — preferably in cross-functional, fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environments — will be a strong plus.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with strong interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural and high‑velocity environment.
  • A positive, growth-oriented attitude with a natural curiosity and motivation to solve client challenges, adapt to change and navigate new situations with confidence.
  • Excellent business English, both written and spoken.
