You have worked in a back/ middle office in a bank, ideally in for several years, You understand the structured finance (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantee issuances), You enjoy reading legal documentation (knowledge of LMA documentation is a plus), You speak English fluently (proficiency in French is an asset), You easily communicate with a diverse audience, especially in a complex context
