We are looking for a student of pedagogy (4th–5th year or similar) to join us mainly in the afternoons, with occasional flexibility depending on your schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with children in a joyful, Montessori-inspired environment,
• Use English on a daily basis with the children (very good level required!),
• Help with daily activities, creative play, and learning projects,
• Collaborate with the team to create inspiring learning materials.

Who we are looking for:

• A positive, creative, and open-minded person with energy,
• Experience with children (summer camps, babysitting, kindergarten or nursery work nice to have),
• Very good English (must be comfortable using it daily),
• Some basic knowledge of Polish helpful for team communication,
• Eager to learn alternative methods of education, including Montessori,
• Someone who loves nature, animals, and outdoor activities,
• Ready to work in a team and share ideas freely.
