University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Risk Management, Strong knowledge of financial and supplier risk management, Experience with risk management platforms (e.g., Everstream, Riskmethods, Prewave, Resilinc or similar), Strong analytical skills and confidence in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, Structured, precise, and proactive working style, Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, matrix organization, Very strong stakeholder management skills, Ability to work in a dynamic, changeable environment – be ready to reprioritize when a risk materializes!, Fluent English; German is a plus, Willingness to travel up to 20%
