Support employee (m/f/d) with focus on IT

Incident acceptance by telephone, ticket system and e-mail for software and hardware problems, as well as the associated administration for our branch in Poland
Forwarding of incidents and service requests to Advanced Support (interface to our IT in Giessen, Germany)
Acceptance, monitoring and implementation of service requests
Prioritization, classification and documentation of faults in the ticket system
Troubleshooting and providing initial solutions through remote and on-site support
Technical coordination of meetings, discussions and conferences as well as events outside and inside the branch office
Participation in business trips and training courses
Management of rooms, resources and hardware infrastructure, responsible organization and support of the vehicle fleet
Contact person for external service providers (e.g. telecommunications providers, software suppliers) and management of the associated documentation
Cooperation with external IT support companies

Successfully completed specialist training in the IT sector or career changer with a connection to IT
You are articulate and have very good communication skills!
You are characterized by structured, reliable and planned work in your daily work
You have a strong service orientation and results-oriented service delivery is important to you
You have good knowledge of the administration of Windows 10, 11/Microsoft 365 applications and IT service management tools, ideally also of Apple MacBook and iMac
Very good written and spoken Polish and English skills. Additional knowledge of German would be ideal.
Driving license and willingness to travel, also abroad
