Sustainability Manager

Educational background: Master’s degree, preferred within Environmental Protection, ESG and CSR, Economy or a related field, Experience:, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, at least 4 years of experience in project management or transversal management, previous managerial experience within Shared Service Center environment and / or BNPP / Arval is highly desirable., proven practical experience in sustainability scorecards and extra-financial reporting (sustainability reporting, EcoVadis, Carbon Disclosure Project, Science Based Targets Initiative), past practical experience of ISO standards among management, environment, energy, sustainability would be an additional asset, Language skills: fluency in spoken and written English, Regulatory and compliance literacy: ability to work with and implement relevant regulatory requirements and best practices, Project management proficiency: demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, Commitment to continuous improvement: proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation and streamlining onboarding processes. Strong commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices, Cross-functional collaboration: ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve organizational goals, Global perspective: experience working in an international environment, with a focus on monitoring and improving the efficiency and quality of services across various divisions, Communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
