Your Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, support and improve IT infra-structure (servers, networks, clients, periph-erals)
• Installation, maintenance and support of core IT applications (e-mail, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Docker, Jenkins, MS 365)
• Support users in their daily tasks
• Managing internal IT tools in order to monitor, provision and improve actual infrastructure
• Collaboration in the management of IT contracts and budgets

The IT department operates with on premise devices and on cloud applications in order to support our developers to build and run Java bytecode on embedded systems and to develop for embedded systems and for the cloud.

Your Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
• Familiar with networking e.g. routing, firewall, switching
• Knowledge of cloud services: IaaS and SaaS
• Experience and good understanding of ITIL, ITSM and IT security
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, git/Gitlab, AWS, OpenShift or scripting is an advantage
• Fluent English and German
• On premises: Linux servers, RedHat Virtualization, OpenShift cloud, Local Storage
• On the cloud: Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365
• Tools: Jira, Git/GitLab, Wiki, Confluence
