About the project
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to the modern evolution of our IaaS-based service portfolio.
- Develop and maintain modular cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack.
- Create and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Implement monitoring solutions like Prometheus or Grafana.
- Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, considering internal and external standards.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system issues, resolve bugs, respond to incidents and define preventive measures.
- Oversee change management processes and system lifecycle activities.
- Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).
Our requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification.
- Fluent in English.
- 2+ years proven experience in cloud technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Linux systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, DNS).
- Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines to implement GitOps workflows.
- Proficiency in shell and bash scripting.
- Solid coding skills in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Good understanding of IT operations.
- A mindset of continuous learning, willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
- Ability to think outside of the box and find solutions to complex problems.
- Being a strong individual contributor and an empathic team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in the company.

- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Advanced OpenStack knowledge (KVM, libvirt, automation).
